Whether you’re relocating to Mobile, AL and need flexible options, or are looking for a longer-term home, our leasing team can help you find the right fit. Lease terms currently range from 7 to 14 months. There is a $150 monthly short term lease fee.

Application Process
Once your application is submitted and all required documents are uploaded, it is automatically sent to our Portier Midtown leasing team for review. Most applications take 24–48 hours to process, depending on credit, background, and income verification. Income qualification is based on three times the monthly rent (gross income).
A security deposit may be required based on credit approval and can range from $0 up to one month’s rent. After approval, an administrative fee is required to reserve your apartment and schedule your move-in. Our fully online process makes applying for your new home in Midtown Mobile, AL fast, simple, and convenient.
Portier Midtown does not require residents to purchase separate renter’s insurance for liability coverage. A liability waiver fee is included in your community bundle, which satisfies the community’s minimum liability insurance requirement.
While additional renter’s insurance is not required, we recommend contacting an insurance provider about obtaining personal property (contents) coverage for your personal belongings.
Portier Midtown is serviced by Xfinity for both internet and cable. High-speed internet is included in the community bundle, and residents may add optional cable packages directly through Xfinity to customize their entertainment services.
Utilities are not included in the base rent at Portier Midtown. Electric service is provided by Alabama Power, and water is billed based on individual usage.
